Pastor Brown / Sins of the Mother Double Feature DVD

First, a stripper (Salli Richardson-Whitfield) honors her dying father's wish to become the new "Pastor Brown" at their hometown church. Her ascendance as the congregation's spiritual leader doesn't sit well with everyone, however, leading to some emotional strife even as she reconnects with her family. Uplifting Lifetime drama co-stars India Arie, Michael B. Jordan, and Keith David. Next, a graduate student (Nicole Beharie) is reunited with the alcoholic mother (Jill Scott) who abused her when financial troubles force her to return home. She finds that the "Sins of the Mother" have resulted in a profound transformation.
